A word from our keynote speaker...

I know that client pressures are pushing KM up the strategic agenda in law firms at the moment but it can be hard to achieve your vision if the culture is resistant to change. I’m delighted to be coming to Amsterdam in January to share with you the story of positive deviance, a low cost and effective approach to change based on the idea that a small part of your firm may already have the answer. I’m also pleased to be joined on the speaker panel by Mireille Jansma and Jurgen Egges from ING Bank, who will run a practical workshop session, demonstrating how they have used my knowledge café concept, among other techniques, to generate learnings that will be very relevant for law firms.
